Hot Pilates Flow

A combination of power yoga and mat-style Pilates, using free weights and high vibes to pulse your way towards strength and longevity. A yoga flow that pauses for Pilates movements, utilizing time under tension training that keeps you burning long after you’ve left the hot room. Through this integration of yoga and Pilates we induce our body’s longevity pathways, ensure joint protection, and train our stabilizing muscles.

Power + Chill

Tune into your body and give it exactly what it needs. This yoga series has power flows to push you, chill flows to wind you down, and flows with a little bit of both to bring you into balance. Power through a faster pace and focus on building heat and linking breath to movement. Chill to slow down with longer holds and deeper stretches. For days when you can't make up your mind, Power and Chill classes mix the best of both worlds. By finding a flow to match your energy, you'll feel more balanced, grounded, and ready to take on the rest of your day. Class is heated to 90.

Mobility

Improve your range of motion and help to alleviate aches & pains! We use a variety of techniques & props; including foam rollers, lacrosse balls, & bands, to minimize risk of injury, improve strength, range of motion, and stability. We also engage in controlled joint rotations to increase your joints ability to move. The benefits of mobility training allows your body the ability to move freely, and mobility in your joints affects every aspect of your life!

Hot Flow is a signature power vinyasa class. We’ll move with intention linking one breath to one movement. The playlist will pump you up, & I will guide you and the postures will challenge you.

This class blends targeted sculpting exercises with deep, restorative yoga stretches, all in the warmth of a heated environment. Sculpt & Flex uses yoga and other modalities to challenge your strength while improving flexibility, balance, and mobility. The combination of heat and movement helps you achieve deeper stretches and greater muscle engagement, leaving you feeling leaner, stronger, and more rejuvenated. Step into the heat, sculpt your body, and stretch your limits—this is where strength and flexibility meet in perfect harmony.

Focusing on deep, intentional stretches that enhance flexibility and speed up recovery - all in just 30 minutes. This class will improve your joints range of motion and will help release muscle tension. To enhance the experience we also will use props such as yoga blocks, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to target tight areas.
